Refunds are only applicable in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed only after verification of the product through the required unboxing video (see Return Policy).
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
