• Refunds are only applicable in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification of the product through the required unboxing video (see Return Policy).

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
