Payment Terms

  • 100% Advance Payment Required
    All orders must be paid in full and in advance. The order will be processed only after the complete payment is successfully received.

  • Order Confirmation
    Once payment is received, you will get an official order confirmation via email/WhatsApp.

  • Processing & Delivery
    We begin processing the order only after payment confirmation.
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and availability.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD)
    COD is not available on any orders.
    Only advance-paid orders will be accepted.

  • Incorrect / Failed Payments
    If the payment fails or the amount is not received, the order will not be processed.
    In case of any payment deduction issue, the customer must contact their bank or payment provider.

  • Security of Payments
    All online payments are handled through secure and encrypted payment gateways to ensure complete safety.

  • Refunds Related to Payments
    Refunds, if applicable, will follow our official Refund Policy.
    Refunds are processed only to the original mode of payment.
