Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
To claim a return, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
The sealed package
The product being opened
The defect or damage clearly visible
Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
