• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • To claim a return, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package

    • The product being opened

    • The defect or damage clearly visible

  • Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
